How can I find the right accessory or drinkware model?

Check the individual Simple Modern listing for capacity, dimensions, materials, included components and compatible models. Bottles, tumblers, bags and accessories can have different care or safety instructions.

Is shipping charged and where is delivery offered?

Delivery is limited to the United States, and Standard Shipping costs nothing on any US order. No minimum spend applies.

When should I expect dispatch and arrival?

Order processing usually requires 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days of shipping. Exclude weekends and US federal holidays. These timeframes may be affected by carrier or weather disruptions.

How will I follow a shipped order?

The order email receives tracking information after dispatch. Allow for the carrier’s initial scan, and contact us about an unusually delayed, lost or incorrectly delivered parcel.

What should I do about a cancellation or address mistake?

Get in touch immediately before shipment. We assess whether the order can still be intercepted or changed, without guaranteeing that it can. The return policy applies after it ships.

Can I exchange goods or return an unwanted purchase?

Request either within 30 days after delivery and provide an order number or purchase evidence. Unwanted goods must stay unused and in their original condition and packaging. Exchanges depend on replacement availability, and eligible return shipping is paid by us through a prepaid label or another funded arrangement.

What happens if something is missing or defective?

Send purchase information, a description and helpful photographs of damage, defects, wrong goods or missing items. We investigate and explain a remedy, including merchant-paid eligible return transportation.

When does a refund reach the original payment method?

We issue the refund within 10 business days after receiving, inspecting and approving the return. A bank or payment provider may need extra time to show the credit.
