Reading these terms with our policies

Use of this storefront and transactions with its merchant are covered by these terms. Our Shipping, Refund, Privacy and Payment policies explain the related operational conditions. Contact information for the merchant appears at the foot of this page.

Responsible use and account details

You must have legal capacity to purchase, or appropriate adult permission and supervision. Keep the information you provide accurate, including the delivery destination and contact details. Protect your login credentials and contact us if an account appears to have been misused. Fraud, unlawful access, harmful software, disruption and infringement are prohibited.

Product information and available stock

Read the exact Simple Modern product page for dimensions, capacity, materials, included pieces and compatibility, together with applicable use and care instructions. A display can reproduce color differently from the physical item. Catalog information, availability and prices can change or contain an error. Material issues affecting an order will be communicated and handled in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

Placing and paying for an order

Checkout uses USD and shows the total, including applicable taxes and displayed charges. An order acknowledgment is not a waiver of availability, payment or verification requirements. We may need to resolve a stock or transaction problem before fulfillment. If you want to cancel or change details, ask before dispatch; the request may be too late once preparation has advanced.

Delivery and purchase remedies

We ship only within the US with free Standard Shipping under the Shipping Policy. Consult that policy for the separate preparation and carrier estimates. Our Refund Policy provides the 30-day request period, exchange arrangements, eligible return conditions, merchant-paid return transport and the refund schedule. Statutory remedies remain available where the law requires them.

Content ownership and external services

Names, marks, photographs and other protected content belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing or buying through this store does not grant rights to reuse that material or establish an unverified brand affiliation. Shopify and other third parties provide services subject to their own applicable terms; we do not control every external service or warrant uninterrupted access.

Legal limits and later revisions

To the extent permitted by law, service limitations may apply, but nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes non-waivable consumer protections. We can publish revisions for future transactions and use. Existing purchase rights are not removed retrospectively by a later update. Ask the merchant if you need clarification.
